April's story
Im April, a special girl looking for someone special to love. I wandered into the lives of two longtime cat rescuers in April of 2018 (hence my name). They would love to keep me because Im the most loving-est cat theyve ever met, but they have many other special needs cats who need their care. I am a total lovebug, and Im anxious to find a family to shower with all my April sweetness. Youll find my sweet nature unflappable despite the fact that Ive had a difficult life until recently. See, I have an old injury

a fracture to one of my vertebrae. I get around just find, I can use the litter box for #2 on my own, but I do need my person to express my bladder daily. Its actually quite easy to do since Im such a good-natured girl. My rescuers can tell you how easy it is. I show my appreciation for the loving care I receive by rolling over for purrs. Im 3 years old, spayed, and up to date on all of my vaccines. Im not at the FOHA shelter but what we call a courtesy listing for my rescuers.
